On the subject of relocation, I've been so fortunate to have had my office in Bloomington for the past 34 years. My landlord John Rezac and I signed a 5 year lease in 1990 and did a handshake deal for the next 25 years. He was a great landlord, god rest his soul. Since then Ziegler has also been great but have expanded and need the space in the building. I've purchased the office building from an extremely successful retired State Farm agent, Mike Nelson, in Edina. Specifically our new office will be on 6500 Xerxes Av, Edina, MN 55423. We are going to be doing some remodeling and in the interim we will have an office on 2002 W 98th St , Bloomington, MN 55431.
